The product(s) must be returned to the Shanda Toys Inc. within 10 business of our representative issuing you a Return Request Confirmation Number. All product(s) must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any manuals or documentation that was shipped with the product(s). In order to receive a product refund, your returned parcel must include a your original invoice number and/or a copy of your order invoice and our Return Request Confirmation Number assigned to you by a Shanda Toys Inc. representative when you called to notify us of your intent to return product(s). Shanda Toys Inc. does not refund your return shipping costs.
